I keep a stack of cheap colorful towels in our home gym (next to the big basket of Bondi Bands!). The colorful towels make me happy as I drip sweat from my forehead, during and after a workout. It doesn’t matter if I run a 5K or 10 miles … I’m dripping with sweat … which makes me feel awesome and like I’ve really pushed myself. It feels great to finally hit that stop button, slow down to a walk, and towel off. WHEW!!
