Sweaty Bands Review & Giveaway

As you all know, I'm a huge, huge, huge Bondi Band fan and love my colorful collection. I've been wearing them all around the neighborhood while I'm chasing after the kids. With this heat and humidity, it sometimes nice just to get the hair out of your face! Sometimes i feel like my Bondi Bands look too sporty for some of my outfits.

I have heard all over bloggy land about Sweaty Bands and have seen so many of you wearing them in race photos and casual shots. I had to try them out! Sweaty Bands has tons of fabrics and styles available on their website HERE. Of course, I had to try the thin zebra print number, as well as the fun red and black argyle in the thick style.

I have a big noggen and these fit my watermelon of a head just fine. They fit a little more snug than the Bondi Bands I'm use to. But, that was most likely just due to the fabric.

I do think that these look cuter on the gals with longer hair and no mommy 'do, when their hair is up in a pony tail. I like how they accessorize a long pony tail on other gals. Unfortunately, I can't do that.

Because of the size of my noggen and my forehead, I preferred the wider version. It was more similar to the headbands I'm use to and it kept my hair (due to my shorter hairstyle) better in place. It just suited me better.

The Sweaty bands didn't slip down in the front ... or up in the back. They stayed in place during casual play with the kids and during the shorter distance runs I wore them on. It's been hot and humid and I loved that they kept the sweat out of my eyes, too!
