Refuel with Wisconsin Chocolate Milk

After long workouts, it’s easy to forget to stretch - and refuel.  Sometimes you just want to go home and tackle your ever-growing to do list.  After five to ten minutes of stretching I love refueling with a cold glass of low-fat chocolate milk.  It's a tasty, healthy indulgence and I feel like I’m treating myself after a run.  Low-fat chocolate milk repairs the muscles that I broke down mile-after-mile and replenishes the electrolytes that I lost during my run.  Learn more from John Dettmann, University of Wisconsin Director of Strength and Conditioning (HERE).
