ReplyDeleteWow I won! My daughter and I were just talking about wanting head bands. And the timing is perfect. I just found out I have a stress fracture in my foot so no running for the rest of the year. Winning this is like a breath of fresh air that has nothing to do with being injured :)
ReplyDeleteOf course I will continue to strength train and probably swim for cardio. I'll happily wear the bands to the gym!
