EOS Lip Balm Review & Giveaway

I was given the opportunity to try out some awesome lip balm from EOS (the Evolution of Smooth). I tried The Lip Balm Sphere in Honeysuckle Honeydew and the Lip Balm in Sweet Mint.

I use to be a bright pink lipstick girl that reapplied my makeup once or twice a day; then turned to applying sparkly lipgloss after Little Diva arrived; since Little Dude arrived 2+ years ago, I’m lucky if I re-apply “my lips” after my 5:30 AM application in the morning. I am still a diva-at-heart and love my makeup and a little something on my lips, but I want something that is no-fuss and becomes a constant staple in my makeup bag. I also like something with a little flavor to it, that isn't too strong or strange.

First of all, I really loved the packaging of the Lip Balm Sphere. First impression of the Sphere, based on presentation was great. The smooth sphere was really unique and even Little Diva was intrigued by the shape. Nothing over-powering or strong. Just sweet and light. I loved that the Balm (stick) was thicker/wider than other lip balms I've tried (almost twice as wide). It really does glide on much different than any other stick I've tried. The mint was yummy and gave my lips a little cooling sensation. The fuity honeysuckle taste from the Sphere was perfect for summer!! The balm inside the sphere was like a small egg. The cap just twists and pops right off. The bottom is flat, so it can sit on your desk or on your night stand, without rolling. Neither balm left a hint of color, but they did leave a matted-shine (if that is possible?!). I really liked it and may be converted to a lip balm girl now, when I'm away from the office.
