Step + Water Challenge with Running Diva Mom

The Step + Water challenge will motivate participants to move their body more and drink more water daily during the holiday season. This virtual accountability group is completed on your own, with the guidance of your coach and the support of the online group/community. This group will NOT include weekly private weigh-ins.

Participants will receive:

- Three week calendar with an introductory running or walking program and wellness challenges to be completed on your own. No experience necessary.
- Daily motivation to move 10,000 steps (or personal goal)
- Daily motivation to consume 70 oz water (or personal goal)
 - Gain additional accountability by sharing your daily step count and water intake with the group
- Daily group fitness check-ins, weightloss & nutrition tips and motivation from your coach
- Private Facebook group for motivation from other participants and your coach

Participant will receive one point daily for sharing their daily step count and an additional point for sharing their daily water intake.  Participant with the most points will receive a FREE ENTRY into the January online accountability group.
