I am loving these fitness cards form Full Deck Fitness (HERE). I was telling my hubby recently that with all the running I do, I really need to focus more on my upper body, arms and my core. This is the perfect addition to my running routine! I get to try a little bit of everything - and it's not intimidating - because I'm doing it from the convenience of my own home.
If you are sick of exercise videos and need a quick and motivating workout from your home, you should check out Full Deck Fitness (HERE). These workouts are perfect for moms that have children at home and cannot get to a gym and don't have daycare for the little ones. The best part is - the kids can even participate in these activities. This would be a great after-school activity for the whole family to enjoy after homework and snack time, too. Ditch the wii or board games and use the deck as a family for family game night. Or grab a couple of girlfriends and have an active ladies night at home or at your favorite park!
The average workout will take 35-60 minutes to complete and the workout is different every-single-time!! You can choose to rest, only when you flip a "water break card". These are great if you have little bits of time in your day and can't take an hour long trip to the gym every day. You can even keep them in your desk drawer and do exercises over your work break or lunch hour in the privacy of your office. Waiting 10-15 minutes in between running the kids here or there or in between activities? Pull out a couple of these cards and do some exercises solo - or with your kids!
The decks are sold for only $14.99 online and provide everything you need. You just need to provide the motivation and the drive! Here's the plan, as outlined by Jeff, the founder of Full Deck Fitness (who you will also get direct support from via email!) .....
Full Deck Fitness is meant to be done everyday for a 45 day cycle to see maximum benefit. Also, it can be used as a change-of-pace workout from your current program.

Muscle Confusion + Fatigue Factor= Full Deck Fitness
Full Deck Fitness is a combination of perfectly blended exercises that focus on strengthening the entire body from head to toe with a focus on core muscles. Muscle confusion is essential to an effective workout, but now Full Deck Fitness added the fatigue factor. The fatigue factor is the measure of how tired your muscles are at different points throughout a workout. This is essential to a successful fitness program. Shuffling the deck before each workout eliminates the possibility of doing the same exercises in the same order. With Full Deck Fitness, you will not have the monotony you have with most videos and group classes. With Full Deck Fitness, you have a unique workout every time! This combination of muscle confusion and fatigue factor gives you the most beneficial, most effective workout possible. Simply put, Full Deck Fitness delivers more benefit and better results.
