September was pretty uneventful.
I had 166 miles planned for the month of September. And, I came up 34 miles short. I was very consistent with my running and only took two extra rest days. I ran 5-6 days/week. However I did cut some of my midweek runs short. Thus the shortage.
Our treadmill died, which made it difficult to fit in my Monday/Friday runs with Little Dude. (We do have a new treadmill now and I love it!) But, I did fit running in when I could (and wanted to). Running is not always THE priority.
I still feel STRONG and ready for this marathon. No races for me in September, leading up to my marathon on October 3.
