I came across
Ella’s Kitchen (HERE) a few months back. Eleven year old Ella and her dad, Paul, set up Ella’s Kitchen for her generation. Paul thought that the children of our future should have the opportunity to eat better food and also discover that healthy food can be fun, tasty and cool. They have everything from baby food toddler food to snacks, smoothies and sauces. The color, packaging, textures, names … and of course taste … are appealing to youngsters!
Ella’s Kitchen’s goal is to build a range of natural and healthy foods for kids and babies, under a trusted and respected brand, that leads to a positive change in their eating habits. And, mom and dad will love their organic ingredients and fantastic customer service!!

pack 'o' snacksLittle Diva is almost 7 and Little Dude is almost 3. They both are pretty picky when it comes to taste and texture. We tried four different Ella’s Kitchen flavors. These were great for popping in a diaper bag or a cooler. I tend to pack a small cooler when we’re out-and-about and these worked great.
I used them once when going to the park for the afternoon and another day when we were picking Little Diva up from school. When the weather was nice, Little Dude and I would walk down to school to pick her up and I would pack an after-school snack.
These were a nice HEALTHY treat option. Pair it with some fresh fruit or a piece of string cheese and we were good-to-go.
No refrigeration necessary. It was easy to store and transport. No utensils necessary either. Both kids liked them, but Little Diva seemed to only like the sweeter (fruity) flavors better.
She loved the smoothie the most. Little Dude liked that these were squeezable (like Gogurts) and sucked his right down. He liked squeezing them so much that he squeezed his all over (until he mastered it) and messed up his shirt.
