You are helping not harming your family. In addition to you being a better Mom, it also gives the children time to learn to grow and manage without Mom, and as already mentioned, the healthy lifestyle example that you are setting is priceless.<br />So take your break, run your run, and let the guilt go.Happy Feet 26.2https://www.blogger.com/profile/07319635538117315117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3105789983366544448.post-40293755154757725292010-01-14T08:45:04.413-06:002010-01-14T08:45:04.413-06:00This comment has been removed by the author.Happy Feet 26.2https://www.blogger.com/profile/07319635538117315117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3105789983366544448.post-34532217343164646782010-01-14T08:17:29.851-06:002010-01-14T08:17:29.851-06:00You have such a positive energy and I always look ...You have such a positive energy and I always look forward to reading your blog. My 6-year-old loves to hear about my races and says she wants to be a runner too. They see that I care about my health and my well-being and I really think that is a good thing. I love to hear my daughter tell people "My mom runs." :)Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06508678801078330932noreply@blogger.com
