coaching business, three busy kids (ranging from 2-14 yrs) and an understanding
spouse who supports it all. I am not a natural-born runner, but have completed
more than 60 half marathons & 14 marathons in the past decade. I love
showing other women that they are capable of anything and motivating them
throughout their journey.
